This song sounds almost Kumbaya-esque in these hateful times. I was just writing about being neutral. Like the Swiss! This song was influenced by the Who in drums and lyrics. About Peaceful Peace I was inspired about reading about the Who and how they threw Roger Daltrey out of the bands for clocking Keith Moon and he vowed not to use his fists anymore to make his point. It's npt impossible to evolve into a higher level of being. yet we don't.
lyrics
I Wouldn't Hurt a Fly
written by Serene Dominic
In olden days before love was the rage
We had to kill off hope just to survive
Took years of tears before we thought to change
Now I-I-I-I-I-
I Wouldn't Hurt a Fly!
I Wouldn't Hurt a Fly!
I embody love, body love, body love
Just like Peaceful Pearce at one with his universe
No I will not inflict my pain on any other living thing
And if you're lower on the chain consider this neutral terrain because I
I Wouldn't Hurt a Fly!
So full of love am I
I Wouldn't Hurt a Fly!
Law down your arms and I will lay on mine
Peace has to come from somewhere deep inside.
I caught o a buzz of something in the air
I'm so glad I I-I-I-I-I-
I Wouldn't Hurt a Fly!
I Wouldn't Hurt a Fly!
I embody love, body love, body love
I I-I-I-I-I-
I Wouldn't Hurt a Fly!
I Wouldn't Hurt a Fly!
