"One night I had a dream about morphing into a Swiss Army knife and imagined all the things I can do to you."
"Recorded with the second Semi-Finalists lineup and Stanley Demenski of Luna on percussion.
This was released October 20, 1993 on the WorryBird Disk label out of Atlanta, GA. It was the b-side but was always of equal importance, as we closed all our sets with it. I never worked as closely with any guitarist as I did with Michael Carlucci who I miss terribly and this lineup with Allison and Mark felt like a family. A great unit. I seriously didn't want to move to Phoenix with my job because I didn't want to leave this band,
"One night I had a dream about morphing into a Swiss Army knife and imagined all the things I can do to you."
Song this most closely rips off:
"I know I was under the spell of 'Number 13', my favorite Pixies song. But the "I will! I will! I will! " refrain is a direct lift off 'Love Will Keep Us Together' by the Captain and Tennille which I owned for a lot longer."
lyrics
Swiss Son of Man
written By Serene Dominic
I'm coming to nail you
I'm coming to screw you
I'm coming to make a point
And if I have to bore a hole right through you
I will! I will I will!
I'm coming to bend you
I'm coming to break you
I'm coming to clip your wings
I'm coming to pick your lock and take you
I will! I will I will!
I can do anything to you
Anything I set my red mind to
I'm coming to save you
File you down to a better size
I'm going to get under your skin
Watch me mama-metamorphisize!
I can do anything to you
Anything I set my red mind to
There's a little click in my head
People would start to stop
Take a little trip through my head
In My head
There isn't any room to walk
I'm the Swiss Son of Man
Lend me your ears and I'll open your cans.
